Done as an In-House Artist for Mad Air Decks, Acrylic on gessoed wooden skateboard

I designed two characters as mascots that I imagined being there to listen & bond with other kids if they were afraid or stressed out. Visually, I took a lot of inspiration from the anime series Sailor Moon & tv show Power Rangers, adding roses and sparkles and studying ranger outfits. I also wanted their pose to mimic a heart so I had fun coming up with this one. These two twin characters eventually became reoccurring characters I developed further in a bigger magical team.
